1 pkg of softened cream cheese
1 pkg white chocolate/ vanilla candy coating
1 pkg of Oreos– finely crushed (I used my food processor, but you can use a blender or just crush them with your hands)
Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese with your hands. (It gets a bit messy). Roll portions of the mix into balls and place on wax paper. Melt your white chocolate and dip the oreo balls into it, covering them. Pull out the Oreo Ball and place it back on the wax paper, moving on to the next one. Let them harden/dry and you are good to go!
*If you want to be “seasonal,” you can use food coloring to dye your white chocolate, hence my green St. Patty’s Day Oreo Balls
And, they are calorie free! (ok, that was a lie. They are most likely loaded with calories, but I have never taken actual notice. I prefer the ignorance is bliss motto. Oreo Balls are way too yummy to ruin them with a calorie count)
