Oreo Balls

Oreo Balls

1 pkg of softened cream cheese
1 pkg white chocolate/ vanilla candy coating
1 pkg of Oreos– finely crushed (I used my food processor, but you can use a blender or just crush them with your hands)

Combine the crushed Oreos with the softened cream cheese with your hands. (It gets a bit messy). Roll portions of the mix into balls and place on wax paper. Melt your white chocolate and dip the oreo balls into it, covering them. Pull out the Oreo Ball and place it back on the wax paper, moving on to the next one. Let them harden/dry and you are good to go!

*If you want to be “seasonal,” you can use food coloring to dye your white chocolate, hence my green St. Patty’s Day Oreo Balls
.
And, they are calorie free! (ok, that was a lie. They are most likely loaded with calories, but I have never taken actual notice. I prefer the ignorance is bliss motto. Oreo Balls are way too yummy to ruin them with a calorie count)

When the Baby Blogs………..

Daniel is intrigued by the computer, and he is constantly looking for ways to touch the keys on the laptop. Knowing this, I typically try to only use the computer during naptime, but that is not always the case. Last night, I decided I would let my little one bask in the glory of touching the keys.  Here is what Daniel composed:

I bet, if we could decipher his code, Daniel has found a way to solve world hunger, and, at the least, he’s figured out what the crap is going on in LOST. Any guess on what this says???? :o)
